Report a concern about the CFMEU
We’re seeking information from any individual, worker, or employer who has concerns about the Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union (CFMEU).
Use our anonymous report form if you have concerns relating to the CFMEU about:

- bargaining processes of existing enterprise agreements
- any other conduct that you believe may be of interest to us.
When you’re in the form:
- select from the issues listed under ‘Industrial Issues’ (multiple boxes can be selected)
- if the report relates to the CFMEU and not your employer, select ‘Other’ as the industry of the business and ‘Not applicable’ as the sub-industry
- fill out the required trading name field as ‘CFMEU’ and the required address details as ‘other’ if no address applies. You will need to fill in a valid suburb to proceed in the form.
Please include:
- details of your concerns
- which branch (state or territory) of the CFMEU your concerns relate to
- information about where and when the concerns took place
- the title of your enterprise agreement (if applicable).
