Getting workplace relations help

There are different ways to get help with a problem in the workplace. The option you choose will depend on the problem you’re trying to fix.

Sometimes we may refer you to other services or organisations for help.

When we can and can’t help

There are some workplace issues we can't help with. This may be because your enquiry is:

  • beyond our scope of advice
  • the responsibility of another government agency, or
  • complex and best handled by legal advice.

We can help with workplace issues about minimum pay and entitlements under the Fair Work Act, awards and enterprise agreements.
