What our people have to say about us

Being a Fair Work Inspector is an important role. I’m actually serving the public and getting a lot of personal satisfaction helping people and getting real outcomes. This is an established place to work, and I get job security, career progression, training, and genuine work life balance. It’s a great job, so much better than I expected.

- Inspector, based in regional South Australia

I wanted to work for the FWO because helping the community to be paid correctly was always my drive. I’m attracted to the fairness aspect of our role as a regulator.

– Director, based in Melbourne.
