We welcome your feedback about your experience with us. It helps us to know what we're doing well and what changes we need to make.

You can use the feedback form to:

  • provide feedback on our services
  • request a review of a decision, or
  • ask about our approach to artificial intelligence (AI).

Lodging your feedback

When lodging your feedback or complaint, please include enough information so we can understand your concerns. We ask that you:

  • provide an enquiry reference number or a matter number
  • consider the key issues (such as what happened, when the situation occurred, who was involved)
  • provide all the relevant information relating to your FWO interaction and tell us what part of the process wasn’t followed or performed appropriately.

How we handle feedback

It’s important to know that requesting a review of our decision or handling of the matter does not mean your matter will be referred for further investigation or compliance action. However, we will review and assess whether the relevant processes were followed and whether the matter was handled professionally and in accordance with our Compliance and Enforcement policy Compliance and Enforcement Policy and other internal policies and procedures.
