Departmental file listing
The Senate Continuing Order No. 12 requires all Australian Government agencies to produce an indexed list of files relating to policy advising functions, including any relating to developing legislation and other matters of public administration.
Every 6 months, we prepare this list commonly known as the Harradine Report.
Titles of files can be removed and replaced on the list to protect confidential information.
