Minimum wages increase from 1 July 2024
The Fair Work Commission (the Commission) has announced a 3.75% increase to the National Minimum Wage and minimum award wages.

Important information for the building and construction industry
From 10 November 2022, the Australian Building and Construction Commission’s role enforcing the Fair Work Act in the building and construction industry will transfer to the Fair Work Ombudsman.
