Award coverage for employees of a restaurant in a registered club
The Registered Clubs Award covers employees working for a restaurant that’s part of the club.
It covers them even if the restaurant and club have different owners.
Example
Pineapple Restaurant is in the Paradise Club. Pineapple Restaurant is owned and operated by the club. All employees working in the restaurant are covered by the Registered Clubs Award.
Paradise Club decides to lease out the restaurant space, and a separate company now operates it. The employees working in the restaurant are still covered by the Registered Clubs Award.
