  • trainers
  • general purpose hands.

  • employees in the wild catch fishing industry.

The Ports, Harbours and Enclosed Water Vessels Award doesn't cover an employer's business when they're covered by one of the following awards:

  • Dredging Award
  • Marine Tourism and Charter Vessels Award
  • Offshore Oil and Gas Award
  • Port Authorities Award
  • Stevedoring Award.

The Ports, Harbours and Enclosed Water Vessels Award also doesn't cover sections of an employer's business when that part of the business is covered by the Marine Towage Award.
