Recent orders

On-demand delivery minimum standards order
The Fair Work Commission has made a minimum standards order for employee-like workers who are engaged through a digital labour platform to perform on-demand delivery work.
The order takes effect from 17 August 2026.
This is the first minimum standards order that the Fair Work Commission has issued.

Fuel cost recovery road transport order
The first road transport contractual chain order took effect from 21 April 2026.
It sets rules for fuel cost recovery for parties in a road transport contractual chain.
