Our offices will be closed over the Christmas and New Year public holidays.

Our Infoline will be open to take calls on the following days:

  • Friday 22 December (from 8am - 12:30 pm local time)
  • Wednesday 27 - Friday 29 December (9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time).

During this time we'll be operating with limited staff and our wait times both for phone and My account enquiries will be longer than usual. You can avoid the long wait times by finding the information you need on our website.

Have you seen our Pay and Conditions Tool (PACT)? It's the same tool we use and can answer your questions on wages, leave entitlements, redundancy calculations and ending employment. PACT can be found by clicking on 'Pay Calculator'.

If your enquiry isn't urgent and you can't find the information you need on our website, please call us when we resume normal operations from Tuesday 2 January.
