Who the Cabin Crew Award covers
The Cabin Crew Award covers aircraft cabin crew and their employers.
It covers cabin crew members, cabin crew supervisors and cabin crew managers on regional, domestic and international flights.
Cabin crew member means someone responsible for the comfort and safety of passengers in an aircraft in accordance with the standards and regulations determined by their employer.
Cabin crew manager means someone responsible for supervising cabin crew members and managing all cabin activities including supply and delivery of in-flight product/entertainment alongside overseeing customer and crew safety, and initiating and performing emergency procedures when necessary on-board aircraft.
The Cabin Crew Award also covers labour-hire businesses who employ aircraft cabin crews.

Who the Cabin Crew Award doesn't cover
The following employers and employees are not covered by the Cabin Crew Award:
- air pilots
- in-flight catering businesses and their employees
- airport ground staff.
