The Fair Work Ombudsman has taken legal action against the former operators of a petrol station on the NSW Central Coast who allegedly underpaid two migrant workers over $50,000.

The Fair Work Ombudsman has commenced legal action in the Federal Circuit Court against a Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar franchisee in Melbourne, alleging it underpaid seven employees on student visas a total of $35,725.
Melbourne cleaning operator penalised $144,000

The Federal Circuit Court has ordered David Leslie Hinchcliffe to pay $25,000 and his company Davdot Pty Ltd to pay $119,000 for underpaying three casual employees, two of whom were migrant workers, following legal action by the Fair Work Ombudsman.
