FWO launches 2019-20 priorities

The Fair Work Ombudsman has secured $383,616 in penalties against the operators of three ‘Tokyo Sushi’ outlets in regional New South Wales for underpaying workers over $70,000.
Geelong businesses under FWO microscope

Fair Work Inspectors today completed surprise audits of around 80 businesses in the university suburbs of Geelong, following intelligence that employers in the area were at risk of breaching workplace laws.
