Open forums
We're holding 2 types of open forums:
- group discussions at our group forums
- one-on-one discussions with our staff.
The purpose of the discussion is to gather information as part of our Disability Support Services Sector Inquiry. The inquiry relates to workplace relations experiences only, such as pay, entitlements and employment conditions.
Our staff at the event can't:
- discuss topics that aren't related to workplace relations experiences
- take individual requests for assistance
- provide specific advice and assistance relating to workplace conditions.
Group discussions
Group discussions are open to employers and employees in the disability support services sector. The sessions run for up to 3 hours and consist of a:
- presentation by us
- short question and answer session
- collaborative group discussion.
One-on-one discussions
One-on-one discussions are open for all involved in the disability support services sector to attend. Attendees can speak to our staff directly about their workplace relations experience. These sessions run for 45 minutes.
