FWO engaged with a wide range of industry stakeholders on the design, development and delivery of the campaign. This enabled FWO to design the campaign with the benefit of specialist advice from within the industry, and to gain insight into the industry sectors. The engagement assisted FWO to frame the campaign and to identify future opportunities to work together to enhance understanding of, and compliance with, workplace laws in these sectors.
These stakeholders included:

- United Voice
- Health & Community Services Union
- Australian Services Union
- Aged & Community Services Australia, and
- Leading Age Services Australia.
Stakeholders provided critical industry insights which informed the content of FWO’s communication and awareness campaign. The FWO will continue to work with these stakeholders in response to the findings of this campaign. A full list of stakeholders is available in Appendix A.
