Our services over the Christmas and New Year period

Our call centre will be open over the Christmas and New Year period with reduced staff. Our services will resume as normal from Tuesday 4 January 2022.

Phone enquiries

Over the Christmas and New Year period, our call centres will be open on:

  • Friday 24 December 2021, from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm (Local time)
  • Wednesday 29 December, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (AEDST)
  • Thursday 30 December, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (AEDST)
  • Friday 31 December, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (AEDST).

There may be an increased wait time if you call us during this time.

Due to the public holidays, our call centre will be closed on:

  • Monday 27 December 2021
  • Tuesday 28 December 2021 
  • Monday 3 January 2022.

Online enquiries

Our My account service will be available during this period. You can use your My account to:

  • view your existing enquiries and responses
  • make a new enquiry
  • save Pay, Leave, and Notice and Redundancy Calculator results
  • save your progress and download completion certificates from our Online learning centre courses.

Please note, we will respond to new enquiries after 3 January.

Workplace Legal Advice Program

The final day for referrals to the Workplace Legal Advice Program (WLAP) is Friday 17 December 2021. The WLAP will be closed from Monday 20 December 2021 and reopen on Monday 10 January 2022.

Employer Advisory Service

The Employer Advisory Service will be closed from Friday 24 December 2021 and reopen on Tuesday 4 January 2022. You can still lodge enquiries throughout this period and we’ll respond as soon as possible in January 2022.
