Is your business involved in manufacturing structural metal products? Find out more about our national campaign.
This campaign is aimed at employers and employees covered by the Manufacturing Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2010 (the Manufacturing Award) working in structural metal product manufacturing. The aim of this campaign to help employers understand their obligations and to promote compliance with Federal workplace laws.
To coincide with the start of this campaign, we have launched a new Metal manufacturing industry section.
The new section has information to help employers in the metal manufacturing industries understand the modern award. You’ll also find links to general information such as record keeping and leave as well as template letters and forms to make it easier for you to manage your employees.
On 2 May 2012 we are running a free webinar about this campaign. The webinar will cover information about the campaign and a summary of obligations and entitlements in the industry. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask us questions.
