The minimum rates of pay and penalty rates that apply to your employees are determined by both the Hospitality Award and the pre-modern award that would have applied to your business before 1 January 2010.

You will find links to Pay and Conditions Guides for common pre-modern awards in the accommodation, liquor and gaming industry below. These are ordered based on the state or territory where they apply.

Pay and Conditions Guides provide a summary of current minimum rates of pay, allowances, and other entitlements that apply to your employees. They also provide information on how to calculate penalty rates.
