Pay and Conditions Guides can be downloaded from Award Finder. You don’t need to enter any information to view a pre-calculated guide for your industry, all you’ll need to know is the relevant modern and pre-modern award.
You can access your Pay and Conditions Guides by using Award Finder. To do this, you’ll need to:
- Search for your modern or pre-modern award by code, by industry or by award title
- Select the
symbol next to the award title to find the linked modern or pre-modern award
- Follow the arrow next to the linked award and select
to access the Pay and Conditions Guide.
The Pay and Conditions Guide contains headings for each of the sections on wages, penalties & loadings, allowances or other conditions to help you locate the right information.
Rates of pay within the Pay and Conditions Guides are grouped according to whether the employee is an adult, junior, trainee or apprentice and engaged on a casual, full time or part time basis as prescribed by the modern award.
Pay and Conditions Guides also contain explanatory information to help you understand modern award transitional arrangements and how entitlements apply for employees from 1 July 2010.
