There are special pay rates that only apply to certain businesses in South Australia that are covered under the:

  • Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010
  • Registered and Licenced Clubs Award 2010.

Pay rates under the Hospitality Award

A business under this award in South Australia has special pay rates if the business has one of the following licences:

  • Hotel Licence
  • Entertainment Venue Licence
  • Special Circumstance Licence (previously Facility Licence)
  • Residential Licence.
