If you still need help, you can call us and talk to one of our Fair Work advisers. To help you, they may need to ask you some questions about your situation. Before you call, make sure you read the key questions and have the information ready. This service is available from 8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. An email service is also available within and outside business hours.
