AVR is an informal approach to complaint resolution. Fair Work Inspectors use AVR to encourage employers and employees to sort out their differences themselves. We know that mistakes happen and that most mistakes can be fixed without the need for an inspector to become involved.
This video will show you how to lodge a complaint for investigation and what happens from there.
