Read Fair Work Ombudsman Nicholas Wilson’s speech about our plans and priorities.
In his speech to the AiGroup and National Personnel Industrial Relations Conference, Nicholas Wilson talked about our work with medium to large sized businesses, referencing the Pro-active Compliance Deed with Spotless Services Ltd.
He also encouraged innovation and productivity improvements, but warned businesses that these “should not be at the expense of individual’s rights”.
