Who is covered by the clerical award?

The Clerks - Private Sector Award 2010 covers employees performing mainly clerical and administrative work in the private sector, unless the business is in an industry covered by another modern award that has classifications for clerical employees. There are some other exceptions set out in clause 4 of the Clerks Award.
