If you believe you have been unfairly dismissed, you can submit an unfair dismissal application to Fair Work Australia. Fair Work Australia is the national workplace relations tribunal and you can contact them on 1300 799 675. You must apply within 14 days after being dismissed.

Ninety-minute after-school shifts in retail that were due to start on 1 July, are now on hold. The Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association (SDA) has appealed the decision by Fair Work Australia to allow the 90-minute after school shifts.
