If your business is in a state or territory that has licensing requirements for people who perform security work that is covered by the Security Award, then it is your responsibility to make sure that your employees hold the appropriate licence.
An employee who does not hold an appropriate licence is still entitled to the provisions of the Security Award - they do not lose any entitlements because they do not hold an appropriate licence.
