The Clerks - Private Sector Award 2010 (referred to throughout these pages as the Clerks Award) covers employees performing mainly clerical and administrative work in the private sector, unless the business is in an industry covered by another modern award that has classifications for clerical employees. There are some other exceptions set out in clause 4 of the Clerks Award.

- Fitness Industry Award 2010
- General Retail Industry Award 2010
- Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010
- Higher Education Industry-General Staff-Award 2010
- Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010
- Legal Services Award 2010
- Market and Social Research Award 2010
- Rail Industry Award 2010
- Restaurant Industry Award 2010
