Schedule B of the Hospitality Award contains specific transitional provisions, which are applicable to certain employers and employees in South Australia.
If your business is in South Australia and holds a Hotel License, Entertainment Venue License, Special Circumstances License (including those that previously held a general Facility License) or a Residential License, use our South Australian Wage Finder - Hospitality Award (xls 1.4MB) to find pay rates and penalty rates. The wage finder provides base rates and penalty rates for full-time, part-time and casual employees.
The South Australian Wage Finder allows you to search for rates of pay by either entering the classification level or by selecting specific duties that your employees perform. The wage finder also enables you to search for rates of pay for junior employees and apprentice chefs.
