AACs can provide information and assistance with any questions you may have including information about the required paperwork. AACs also administer all Australian Government incentive payments.

Step 2: Contact a Registered Training Organisation

Registered Training Organisations (RTO) can assist you with preparing and delivering a training plan. RTOs provide training that is nationally recognised and range from privately run companies to industry and professional associations. RTOs are often referred to as ‘trade schools’.

The RTO will provide assistance on a range of matters such as:

  • advising and supporting the apprentice or  trainee on their training plan
