You can’t use the Division 2B wage calculation worksheet if your business did not employ staff before 1 January 2010, or if special transitional provisions apply.
If your business did not employ anyone before 1 January 2010, you need to pay the full modern award rate. You can find this rate in the wages section of your modern award. You can use Award Finder to find your modern award. The penalties and loadings in the modern award will be phased-in from zero.
