The Division 2B wage calculation worksheet helps you work out pay rates in Division 2B businesses.
Division 2B state awards covered sole traders, partnerships or other unincorporated entities in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia or Tasmania. Since 1 February 2011, these awards have changed to modern awards.
Generally, Division 2B employers pay the same rate as employers who were in the national workplace relations system before 1 January 2010. This is called the transitional NAPSA rate. However, some Division 2B employers need to pay the modern award rate.
