Paying an infringement notice

Have you been issued an infringement notice by a Fair Work Inspector?

You must pay the penalty amount within 28 days of getting the notice.

The maximum extension you can get is an extra 28 days.

If we refuse to give you an extension, you have 7 days (after the date we said you couldn’t have an extension) to pay the penalty.

How to pay

You can pay an infringement notice online or over the phone using:
