The National Franchise Program offers franchisors an opportunity to protect their brand by proactively working with us to support fair and compliant workplaces in their franchise business.
The National Franchise Program offers participating franchisors:
- a tailored plan to support their business’ compliance with workplace laws
- a dedicated Fair Work Advisor who will work with the participating franchisor throughout the program and assist with enquiries
- practical guidance about how to promote and support compliance with workplace laws across the franchise business
- free tools and resources to educate franchisees about the Fair Work Act
- greater visibility of, and control over, workplace issues arising in their franchise business.
Participating franchisors will meet with their Fair Work Advisor to discuss the services available, their franchise structure and business needs. The program is then tailored to best support their business.
Participation in the National Franchise Program is both free and voluntary.
Please note the National Franchise Program is not available to individual franchisees.
