Find out more about our Graduate program below.
The Fair Work Ombudsman is the federal statutory office who works with Australians to promote fairness and justice in workplaces. This is achieved mainly through educating both employers and employees about their workplace rights and obligations and promoting compliance with relevant Commonwealth workplace laws.
We seek graduates from a range of disciplines to undertake meaningful and challenging work which has an impact on all working Australians. The ever evolving arena of workplace relations provides exciting and diverse opportunities to engage directly with community groups, employees and employers.
You won’t be chained to a desk writing memos; instead you’ll have the opportunity to work in the field with our investigators, engage in education or analyse the complex area of workplace relations legislation.
As part of the Fair Work Ombudsman Graduate Program you will complete your Diploma in Government through the Australian Public Service Commission providing you with exposure to a variety of training sessions, completion of a major project with real impact on the agency and the opportunity to work with graduates from other APS agencies.
