The top questions our Fair Work advisers are asked every day have their own section called ‘Call centre FAQs’. In the FAQs section you will also find a link to Fact Sheets which cover some of the most important workplace issues.

Before you call, make sure you read the key questions and have the information ready. This service is available from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
